Terms of service

The Project Check is a paid planning product (£49). Its fee is credited toward your Landscape Plan or Build Concierge if you choose to continue. Cost figures shown before a site visit are indicative ranges, not fixed quotes.

Your final quote is confirmed after an on-site survey and set out in writing. If unseen issues are found — such as drainage, ground conditions or access constraints — any change to scope is agreed with you in writing before further work continues. No chargeable work is carried out without your approval.

Building work is carried out by independent contractors we check and introduce you to. You are under no obligation to build and can stop before any build commitment. As our pilot develops, these terms will be expanded into a full, formal agreement.
