When you start a Teera planning service or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, contact details, postcode, project preferences and any photos you upload — so we can prepare your landscaping options and respond to you.

We use this information only to deliver the service you have asked for, and to prepare indicative options and design work. We do not sell your personal information.

When you purchase a service, we record the date and time of your acceptance of our Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy, together with the version of those policies you accepted. This record is kept to comply with our legal obligations under UK consumer law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@teera.green. As our pilot develops, this policy will be expanded into a full, formal privacy notice.
